Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ANSO! ANSO ships all of our orders via UPS/POSTNORD/DHL. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

All orders are processed within 48h. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days, for destinations within Sweden. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

ANSO is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Return & Exchange Policy

Want to return an item?

At ANSO you always have a 14-day right of return, which means that within 14 days of receiving your item you need to register your return with ANSO by emailing info.anso.se@gmail.com.

The Customer shall pay for the return shipping costs and is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during the return shipping. The product shall be returned within 14 days from the date when the Customer received it. The product shall be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original box and/or packaging with all labels & original tags attached.
